Sp2 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Entertainment Platform Usage Policy

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the sp2 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using sp2, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sp2 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the sp2 platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and sp2 as the platform operator. Acceptance of these terms also encompasses Privacy Policy ours, which form part of this overall agreement. Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are not permitted to use the sp2 platform.

Sp2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & User Security

Registration & Account Information

To access the full range of sp2 services, you will need to register a valid account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information at registration may result in account termination and the withholding of any associated funds while an investigation is conducted.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your sp2 account password and login credentials confidential. sp2 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other unofficial communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

All activity under your account — including all bets, transactions, and other actions — is your responsibility, unless unauthorised access has been reported to sp2 in a timely manner.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

As an sp2 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and within the bounds of applicable Malaysian law. Any attempt to misuse, exploit, or interfere with the platform's functionality is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action being taken against you.

You are prohibited from:

  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the sp2 platform without written authorisation.
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or payment system manipulation.
  • Using this platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to download, copy, or distribute any platform content without authorisation.

Sp2 reserves the right to take immediate action — including suspending or closing the account of any user who violates any of the above rules — without prior notice.

4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sp2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). sp2 supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and bank transfer. All deposits are subject to verification, with processing times varying depending on the chosen method.

Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or payment methods that have been registered and verified under the sp2 account holder's name. sp2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for accounts with high-value transactions.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by sp2 are subject to specific conditions, including rollover requirements, validity periods, and claim limits. Full details for each promotion are stated on the Promotions. Fraudulent activity or promotion abuse may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

Sp2 Liability Limits

Sp2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. sp2's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sp2 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of sp2 or its licensed rights holders. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from sp2. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links

The sp2 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. sp2 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties, and is therefore not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services. You are advised to read the terms and policies of any third-party site you visit.

6. Account Policy, Suspension & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Sp2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or suspicious activity, promotion abuse, or a request by a relevant authority. In cases where an account is closed due to a serious violation, sp2 reserves the right to hold the remaining funds pending the outcome of an investigation. If no violation is confirmed, any valid balance will be returned to the user through an appropriate method.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the sp2 support team. Any outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures before the account is fully closed.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Sp2 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform, and continued use after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
